cbdMD’s Mingo Rad CBD Vape Juice Review: Hit the Spot

If you have been getting a bit tired of your current vape flavors, you should check out the brand-new Mingo Rad range put on the market by cbdMD. While there are only five flavors, you are sure to find at least one that you will not only like but may become your favorite. Infused with CBD isolate there is no THC in them, and they will not cause a high.

The flavors come in 3 strengths: 300, 750, and 1500mg. At the time of writing, prices were $29.99, $69.99 and $99.99 respectively. cbdMD, the manufacturers of Mingo Rad, also have gummies, capsules, topicals and the ever-popular CBD oils available.

cbdMD’s e-liquids have all undergone strict lab testing to accurately ascertain potency, so the cannabinoid content listed on their labeling is accurate. The company is very professional and takes the manufacture and marketing of its products very seriously, only producing quality products. The cbdMD brand is growing so you can expect to see more from them in the future.

cbdMD have given much thought and consideration to attractively packaging this new range of vape oils. Each flavor has been allocated a specific color for the bottle and carries the Mingo Rad logo. Each comes in an equally attractive cardboard box with a tropical-themed label. The labeling has a vintage tropical beach style which is colorful and appealing.

The five flavors currently available in the Mingo Rad range are Coco Key, Electric Razz, Melon H2O, Mocha AF, and Sugar Cane, covering the beverage, candy and fruit flavors. Though the VG/PG ratio is not evident in the packaging, it is likely to be a 50/50 blend.

Though the company states that the Mingo Rad range has undergone extensive (independent) lab testing to ascertain the level of the cannabinoid content, there appears to be a lack of testing for such things as contaminants, solvents, mold and the like. Top CBD oil manufacturers do so, and I think it would serve cbdMD well to do the same.

Let’s take a look at what the Mingo Rad Range of flavors have to offer:

According to the company, Coco Key is supposed to be predominantly coconut flavored with a little bit of a lime twist. It certainly is smooth and does have a tropical taste to it. It is very much like a mixed drink. You can taste the lime, and when combined with the coconut, it reminds me of a pina colada.

If you already enjoy the Naked 100 CBD tropical flavors, then Coco Key is likely to appeal to you too. Don’t worry about the lime as it isn’t overly sour. The coconut and lime are very well blended to provide a truly tropical flavor.

If on the other hand, you like sourness, then this blue razz flavor will appeal to you. I can’t quite make out what the citrusy flavor is, but the rest of it reminds me of blue raspberry candy. Maybe the citrus is lime?

It does taste like candy and provides that little punch of flavor that you get with sour candies. It’s not overly sweet either. If I were to try and compare it to other brands, I would like it to some of the blue razz e-liquids from Avida and Koi. I have to say it’s the sourest blue razz I’ve ever tried, but for die-hard tart candy lovers, this will be a winner.

Watermelon is always a popular flavor provided it’s well done, and this one is. You can smell that wonderful watermelon scent the minute you open the box. If you have ever tried Hemp Bombs’ Watermelon Kush, then you will find this one feels just a bit stronger but just as high.

Another fruity flavor is somewhere between sour candies and freshly cut watermelon. I have to admit that I got a bit carried away with this flavor and before I knew if I had to get a refill. It was perfect, but my personal preference is the Watermelon Kush by Hemp Bombs if I couldn’t get that Melon H2O would be a very suitable substitute.

What would a vape range be if it didn’t include a coffee e-liquid, right? I haven’t found many coffee CBD e-liquids that are good enough to get me excited, but Mocha AF provided an excellent coffee taste with a hint of cocoa. Many companies have tried to create an authentic coffee/cocoa flavor and failed abysmally, but cbdMD managed it very well.

It is a little sweeter than the coffee-flavored e-liquid produced by Hemp Bombs, and that little taste of chocolate is just the icing on the cake. Coffee and vape juice fans will love this one!

The combination of brown sugar and vanilla is divine. cbdMD gave Sugar Cane the right level of sweetness without going over the top. This is one I enjoyed, loving the smooth blend of vanilla with the sweet brown sugar. It is not an overpowering flavor and therefore is one you could easily vape all day. The flavor is unique and exciting, and of the five flavors, this is not my all-time favorite but comes a very close second.

cbdMD’s Mingo Rad line of five flavors covers a multitude of tastes. As a serious coffee drinker, the Mocha AF is my top choice, and Sugar Cane is my next favorite. That is just my personal preference, but I have to say that the other three flavors are all very well done. All five were enjoyable to vape even though lime and blue razz flavors don’t usually appeal to me at all.

While I think the company did a great job with the flavors and branding, I think it would be in their best interests to put some more effort into increasing independent lab testings. They have a range of winning flavors, and this would only serve to increase their popularity with customers.
